List of Permissible and Non permissible Assets Policy

1. List of Permissible and Nonpermissible Assets

Permissible Assets

  1. Company issued Laptops
  2. Customer issued Laptops
  3. Company Mobile Phone / other devices
  4. Personal Mobile Phone are allowed until the Locker area.
  5. Company issued External Hard disk and / or any kind of storage media
  6. Company issued Dongles

Non Permissible Assets

  1. Personal Laptop
  2. Pen Drive
  3. CDs
  4. Camera
  5. Handy cam
  6. Smartwatches
  7. External Hard Disk
  8. Any Kind of Storage Media.
  9. Internet data card
  10. Personal Networking devices

Note: Personal laptop can be allowed based on the CISO & Management approval. The same will be reported to security and entered in the register at the Security Desk. Any unauthorized bringing of portable storage devices (e.g., laptop, pen drive, hard disk, cd, etc.) will be reported to CISO and may lead to confiscation of the same.
