Transport Policy

Policy:

  1. The transport policy of Integra is to act socially responsible by ensuring the safety and security of the staff working at Integra. 
  2. Integra provides a doorstep cab drop facility for female staff who are working at Night Shift.

Purpose:

To ensure the safety and security of the female staff who work at night shifts by providing a doorstep drop transportation facility with safe driving practices and with provisions for handling emergency situations.

Scope

Applies to Night Shift Female staff

Procedure:

1. Cab Drop

1.1. Drops will be given only to the address which has been submitted to the HR Department at the time of hiring. 

1.2. Any changes in address has to be notified to the HR with proof to change the drop.

1.3. Staff is requested to stick on to the timings to avail cab drop. 

1.4. Ensure that your parent / guardian signs the trip sheet when you reach your home / hostel. 

1.5.No drops will be given to bus stops / Railway station or any other drop points other than your usual drop place. 

1.6.Mid Shift drops will not be given. In case of emergency / priority decision will be made accordingly.

1.7. Staff must immediately report to HR & Admin in case of any driving violations, or accidents or any other serious incidents.

 

2. Cab Timings

2.1. Staff can avail a cab drop at the following timings:

  • 09.30 PM
  • 10.30 PM
  • 01.00 AM
  • 02.30 AM
  • 03.30 AM
  • 04.30 AM
  • 05.00 AM

2.2. Timings may tend to change based on requirement / emergency.

2.3. Exceptions will be handled by the HR & Admin team with relevant approvals from the top management. 

2.4. Staff who avail cab facility should sign in the cab policy along with their left hand thumb impression.
